Covid-19: What to Expect When You Visit Denthub Again

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed a lot of things about our daily lives. Your visits to Denthub have changed too but you can still be our patient without worry despite the coronavirus pandemic.

At Denthub, we took all the measures against the virus such as taking temperatures of our patients at the entrance, asking if they have any symptoms, hanging information brochures on walls as well as informing them to wear masks and using disinfectants regularly.

Here is what you can expect at your next appointment.

Before Your Appointment

We make sure that our patients arriving for their appointments are healthy, we call you before your appointment and ask you some questions about your current health. We repeat these questions when you arrive also to make sure nothing has changed. Denthub will ask you limit the number of people you bring to the appointment. We prefer to host you only for your treatment.

At Your Appointment

Be sure to wear your mask always except during your treatment. When you arrive at Denthub, you may be asked to wait outside the treatment room until we are ready for you. When you enter the treatment room, you may have your temperature taken.

You may notice things people often touch in the waiting room – like magazines – have been removed. We have hand sanitizers available for you everywhere.

When you are in the dental chair, you may notice some things look different. Our dentists may have covered the computer’s keyboard with a disposable cover so it can be easily cleaned between patients. Our dentist may also be using different protective equipment than they have used before This could include different masks, face shields, gowns, and goggles. These additional precautions help protect both you and our dentists.

After Your Appointment

After your appointment is over, Denthub staff will thoroughly clean the areas where you’ve been using with disinfectants that are effective against the virus that causes COVID-19 to prepare for the next patient.

Remember, dental visits are an essential part of your overall heath. Considering the measures taken in Denthub, our patients could come to dental examination without hesitation. We will make sure your visit is as safe as possible for everyone involved.
